- What counts as a worker seat?
- Each active technician or field worker in your account uses one seat. The owner doesn't count. Kayla Office and Kayla Complete include 5 seats — add more at $19/seat/mo from your dashboard.
- What happens to Quick Kayla's 300-minute limit?
- Quick Kayla includes 300 minutes/month. If you go over, you can add 300-minute packs at $30/pack/mo — stackable as needed. Kayla Complete has unlimited minutes.
- Is there a setup fee or contract?
- No setup fees, no contracts. Cancel anytime with no penalty. All plans include a 30-day free trial — we save your card on Day 1 but do not charge it until Day 30. Cancel before then and you won't be charged a cent.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your call recordings, job history, and transcripts are available for 30 days after cancellation. Export everything during that window. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
